How do I sign up?
There are two different signing-up methods: (1) signup with an email address and (2) signup with a phone number. Please click here to take you to the signup page.
How do I change my password?
If you signed up with your email address, please click here to reset your password. If you signed up with a phone number, you would not be able to reset your password because every time you enter your phone number, you get a new verification code to your phone.
I made a mistake with my order. How can I change it?
You cannot make changes to the order after submitting it, but the user can cancel the order 24 hours before the booking time that is selected in the order. Please click here to cancel the order and note that Ora will review the cancel request, and Ora will either approve it or reject it.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make the payment?
The order will be delivered on booked time, and you will pay after providing the service. The payment method is cash.
Can I send a service to another address?
Yes, you can send the service to different addresses. Ora allows you save multiple address on the mobile application.
